Description

After the hard outer shell of the iron lotus seed is removed and the seed meat inside is obtained. This seed meat is wrapped in a brown-red skin, so it is called a red lotus seed. 

This red lotus seed contains a green embryo called lotus seed core, so it is called "red lotus seed with core plumule". 

The lotus seed core tastes bitter, although it is good for health, many people are not used to its bitterness. so the red lotus seeds with core plumule are processed to remove the bitter core inside and the red lotus seed without core plumule is obtained.

If you don\'t like the tastes bitter, you can buy the products without lotus seed core, such as  "red lotus seed without core plumule", which is also provided by us.

We offer two types of red lotus seeds, one with a lotus seed core and the other without. Please note the difference when purchasing.
