Zonpak™ Low Melt FFS Film is designed for automatic form-fill-seal (FFS) automatic packaging of rubber chemicals. Manufacturers of rubber chemicals can use the film and FFS machine to make **0g****0g uniform packages for rubber compounding or mixing plants. These little packages can be direct put into an internal mixer during the mixing process. The bags made of the film can easily melt and fully disperse in the rubber as an effective ingredient. It largely facilitates the work of material users and helps raise production efficiency while lower the cost and avoid material waste.
                                                                                          
Films with different melting points (*****0 degree Celsius) are available for different application. Thickness and width of the film can be customized as required.
