The intelligent production line for drawn cans & can ends is the intelligent automatic production line which consists of automatic sheet loader, CNC feeding table, press, mould, stacker, and synchronized mechanism, conveyor, intelligent operating system.
The main features are high efficiency, low malfunction, intelligent and safety. It is mainly for *-piece cans, including the drawn can & the can ends of *-piece can:
*-piece drawn can
all kinds of drawn cans in round shape such as #**8, #**8, #***0, #**8, #**0, #**3, #**6, #**4, #**8 etc.
All kinds of irregular drawn can: #**1(**5g), *-piece drawn can in oval shape (**1,**4), *-piece cigarette can etc.
All kinds of round ends such as bottom ends of **5L painting can, ring and center top, top and bottom lids of ****0L pail.
Irregular can bottom such as the bottoms for **5L rectangular can, bottoms for rectangular luncheon meat can, bottom for **5g rectangular can, lid & bottom for T shaped can, the basic can end for canned asparagus, aluminum peel-off end, oval can end etc.
working principle
1.Put the customized tinplate sheets into the CNC table of feeder and make it positioned. Start the lifter to send the sheets to the place on which the sheet can be sucked by the vacuum sucker.
2.Sheets will be sucked and sent to the CNC table by vacuum sucker.
3.Start the CNC table, sheets will be clamped and running as the pre-set route. With the movements of pressure machine and CNC table, the sheets will be punched in shape, and blew to the conveyor one by one to finish the downstream processes.
4.The clamp shall release automatically after punching each piece of sheet and the scrap will be collected by the scrap-collector.
