Description

Features:

    The spindle is precision machined from high quality alloy steel, hardened precision ground and dynamically balanced, making it ideal for heavy cutting.

    All ways are induction hardened and the mating slide surfaces are hand scrapped Turcite B to assure harmonic reduction and smooth slide movement. The bedways are ground in one setup to assure the optimal alignment to the headstock.

    The lubrication system is controlled by the controls PLC and monitors duration and frequency of the lube cycle. Any abnormality of the cycle is noted in an alarm message.
