KA**6全自動PC板切腳機  Automatic PCB Lead Cutter

• 提供PC板過錫爐後之剪腳作業。
• 穩定性高，可與自動錫爐及插件機連線。
• 採爪片式彈片夾具夾緊PC板。 爪片更換容易而且經濟。       
• 附PC板防彎曲裝置和頂針，可克服因焊錫後變形PC板之切腳。
• 進料速度可做無段調整，最大速度3m/分鐘。
• 可加購前後入料軌道銜接至銲錫爐，達到流暢一貫化作業!

• 腳長不建議切到0.8mm會傷PC板。  已經短腳的零件不可再切短。

• KA**6 is designed to trim the extra-long leads automatically and efficiently on the PCB that components are inserted and soldered.
• A pair of conveyor chains in KA**6 clamps and delivers the PCB to be trimmed lead wires by high-speed turning blade (NK series).
• PCB Warp prevention device and supporting pins are equipped to ensure no damage and equal cut on boards.
• Linking conveyors are expandable. KA**6 can work independently. Optionally, KA**6 can connect with wave soldering machines by inlet and outlet conveyors for automatic thorough production line.
• Dont recommend the after-cut lead length shorter than 0.8mm because PCB is damaged easily.
  If the lead wire is cut already, the cutter cannot cut it shorter due to strong pressure on short leads.
