the semi auto mask production line have included 3
module,
1st module - mask body build machine,
Machine function: Non-woven/ melt-blown
material feeding, sponge nose-pad insert and
sealing, Main body ultrasonic welding and pressing
&cutting
there will need 1 set this machine for each
production line, and there will no need operater
for this machine, production speed will be *0
pcs PPM
2nd module - mask folding and welding machine
machine function: folding the mask body, and
welding the mask.
there will need 2 set this machine for each
production line, and there will need 1 operater
for each machine, production speed will
be *0 pcs PPM totally.
3nd module - ear loop welding machine
machine function: welding ear loop onto the
mask.
there will need 1 set this machine for each
production line, and there will need 1 operater for each machine,
production speed will be *0 pcs PPM totally.
so the production capacity for each semi auto mask production line
will be ****0pcs mask per day (work 8 hours per day).
the size of the KN*5 mask which make by this production line is **5
x **0mm.
