(1) When the cylinder barrel and the end cover are connected with
threads, the end cover is not fastened according to rated torque;
The sealing ring has poor sealing performance.
(2) When the cylinder barrel and the end cover are bolted and
connected, the parts of the joint part have burrs or assembly
burrs, resulting in poor bonding, thus causing initial leakage; O -
ring on the end face has fit clearance; The bolt won't tighten
properly.
(3) The hydraulic cylinder inlet pipe joint is loose. Therefore, it
is necessary to solve the pipe fitting vibration and other factors
that cause the looseness of the pipe joint. Flange connection can
be adopted for pipe orifice with pipe diameter greater than
*5mm.
