Cooper conductor shipboard cable with rubber insulation in a
sheathing made of oil resistant rubber that does not propsgete
combustion.
Cooper conductor shipboard cable with rubber insulation with a
screen made of cooper wires placed between teo PVC sheaths.
Cable Alliance Holding offers cables for stationary and non-stationary laying for ships and vessels to be used in control lines, device connections, lighting and power circuits. Cables may be installed indoors or on deck if protected from solar radiation, also with a possible short-term radial hydrostatic pressure action of up to 2MPa (20kgs/cm2). Shipboard cables may be used at alternating voltage up to 1kW /400 Hz for stationary laying on the marine fleet vessels of unrestricted navigation, river fleet, onshore and floating facilities, naval ships of unrestricted navigation.
Modern cable designs are adjusted to match strict requirements of fire and electric safety.
Due to the design features cables are resistant to aggressive environment (condensate; traces of leakage of lubricating or diesel oil; attacks of ethanedioic acid, acrolein, carbon oxide, nitrogen oxide, sulfuric acid, sulfurous anhydride), with increased elasticity and resistance to heat ageing. Cables limit propagation of flame when laid singly or in groups for category A. Light transmission reduction when burning and smouldering not more than 40%.
Shipboard cables resistant to fire when exposed to flame 800±50°C preserve service capability within 180 minutes, when exposed to flame of ≤ 830°C simultaneously with the mechanical shock - within at least 30 minutes.
Cables comply with international standard IEC 60092-535 in terms of the make-up, performance characteristics and operational properties.
The
products are approved by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping
and Russian River Register.
