reaching about *5%.
The oil contains *2.*3% linolenic acid, *5.*3% linoleic acid and
*2.*1% oleic acid.
The content of protein in seeds accounted for *5%, containing *8
kinds of amino acids, among which the content of lysine and
methionine was higher than that of high-protein plant seed
amaranth.

phospholipids and so on.
