A: No MOQ for sample order, but custom packagings MOQ is 30 boxes.
Q2: Do you have free packaging?
A: Yes, we offer paper box for sample, with ROSEE logo.
Q3: Can you custom private packaging for customer?
A: Yes, of course. We could provide private logo custom service as customers requests.
Q4: Can I have a sample order for eyelashes?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q5: Which kind of eyelashes do you supply?
A: Rosee supply more than 800 styles of eyelashes including 3D silk lashes, 3D faux mink lashes, 3D mink fur and 25mm eyelashes, Human hair lashes, Individual lashes, Eyelash Extension, etc.
Q6: Do you take customized eyelashes orders based on designs?
A: Yes, we can develop your unique eyelashes based on designs.
Q7: How many times the eyelashes could be used?
A: The eyelashes could be used more than 25 times if you take proper care of it.
Q8: How long will ship the order?
A: We could ship the sample order in 3-5days and bulk order in 5-10days depending on your quantity, style and requests.
Q9: How much is the freight charge?
A: The freight charge depends on the weight, volume, destination country, etc. Usually, the freight charge is $20-$30/0.5kg roughly.
Q10: Do you also wholesale adhesive and tweezers?
A: We can provide tweezers but not adhesive since the adhesive could not be allowed to ship by express.
