Product Description

Structure

The machine consists of
a front support, a feed hopper, a screw shaft, a filter screen, a
juice container, a rear support, a slag chute and other components.
The left end of the screw spindle is supported in a rolling bearing
seat, and the right end is supported in a handwheel bearing seat.
The motor drives the screw shaftto operate through a pair of belt
pulleys.

Working principle

The spiral
shaft rotates clockwise along the direction of the slag outlet, the
bottom diameter .gradually increases and the pitch gradually
decreases. When the material is pushed by the spiral shaft, the
spiral cavity gradually decreases, thus forming the squeezing of
the material.
