We offer for sale lentils of the following varieties with or without skin, whole or split. Available now  in stock are the large green "laird and the red lentils".   Whole red lentils are 1/2 cm wide with earthy flavor and soft texture. This lentils are crimson , which is deep orange color. This wonderful pulses has been used as traditional substitutes for meat.
