Equipment Overview:
This equipment is mainly customized equipment for measuring the dynamic torque of the traction mechanism. The system uses industrial computers and test software to test and control products, and automatically analyzes, judges, counts, stores and prints the test results (printers are provided by their own buyers). The software can store all user parameters in advance for recall during inspection.
Test items
1. Measure the back EMF of the traction machine

The system can simultaneously test and display the back EMF of the motor under test, brake torque, speed, brake engagement voltage and release voltage, and can lock (test data) and print (test data and mechanical characteristic curves). The system can query data at any point.
1. The system has four functions: grinding brake pads, measuring back EMF, measuring brake torque, brake engagement and release voltage.
A Back EMF test
Through the host computer software, set the speed of the drive motor, turn on the brake, start the motor, automatically collect the voltage value of the three-phase electrical parameters through the host computer software, and automatically save and participate in the judgment and alarm.
B. Brake torque test
Through the host computer software, Set the upper limit of output torque protection value (the value should be greater than 2.5 times of the rated torque of the motor, the software can also be set freely) and the speed control value, open the brake of the traction machine to be tested, the software controls the inverter to make the load motor work at the set speed, the traction machine is dragged to the same speed as the load motor, and the unilateral power off of the brake switch is controlled. The software automatically finds the minimum torque value for this period of time, which is the dynamic torque.
C. Brake pick-up and release voltage test
The test is used to control the voltage of the program-controlled DC regulated power supply through the host computer software, which is used to adjust the brake voltage. The instantaneous current of the brake is measured by the DC current parameter, and if there is a sudden change in the current, the brake engagement or release can be detected.
The minimum starting voltage < *5% of the rated voltage, and the maximum release voltage is *0%~*0% of the rated voltage.
2. Conclusion output, printing parameters and curves can be customized in a special report format
A Database file: The data accumulated in long-term experiments can be queried, displayed, modified, deleted, etc.
B Output Settings, set the output of test results. Including output parameter selection, output color, coordinate axis selection, data processing, etc.
C Feature point: display the test feature point, including no-load point, stall point, maximum torque point, maximum output power point, and maximum efficiency point.
D Test data, all kinds of data collected in real time during the test. You can output a custom graphical output to output the collected or calculated data in a custom graphical way.
E Test Curve: A characteristic curve based on the data collected in real time.
