PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer issues an ICPO along with;
a) Passport Copy,
b) TSA/CPA Verifiable,
c) Company Registration Certificate,
d) Fresh BCL & ATV with 2 bank officers signs and contact
details (Not older than a week),
2. After verification of documents, Seller issues contract and
commercial invoice (CI) for the available quantity in the Sellers
storage tank to the Buyer. Buyer signs and returns the CI within *4
hours to the Seller.
3. Seller issues the partial Pop documents as below and sends to
the Buyer.
a. Commitment to supply
b. Certificate of origin
c. Authorization to verify (ATV)
d. Tank to tank or Tank to Vessel injection
agreement (TTTIA - TTVIA)
e. Unconditional DTA
f. Fresh SGS (not older than *8 hours)
g. Tank storage receipt (TSR)
h. ATS Authorization to Sell and Collect
i. Injection report
j. Ncnda/Imfpa
Note: Buyer verifies all docs & TTTIA - TTVIA to be signed by
their tank farm or logistics company. NCNDA-IMFPA to be signed by
intermediaries.
4. Buyer conducts dip test in the sellers tank and provide TSR-ATI
or Q**-NOR to the Seller, to commence injection of product into the
buyers tank or vessel.
5. Within *4 hours, Buyer makes full payment of the product by
MT**3 or TT wire transfer to the seller. Seller transfers the title
ownership to the Buyer.
6. Seller pays commissions to all the intermediaries under the
NCNDA.
