Description

Cooking boilers are designed for boiling water, cooking broths, first courses, compotes, drinks, etc. Boilers are used in catering establishments both independently and as part of a technological heat line. Boilers are not intended for the preparation of jelly-like products with a thick, dense liquid structure (jam, jelly, jam, jam, mousse, etc.).
