Composition
Lithium ore is found in granitic pegmatites, which are coarse-grained igneous rocks made up of quartz, feldspar, and mica. The most important lithium-bearing minerals in pegmatites are spodumene, petalite, lepidolite, amblygonite, and eucryptite.
