This product is insulated with polyurethane. For added strength and beauty, it is covered on both sides with a pre-painted galvanized steel sheet with *5 microns of super polyester coil coating and 7 microns of backcoat primer (outer sheet thickness 0.7 mm and inner sheet thickness 0.5 mm).
The chassis structure for cargo transportation is made of high-strength bent steel sheets and automatic CO2 welding with German Merkel technology, along with a powder coating layer for corrosion resistance. The hardware for the doors (rear and side) is made of stainless steel for aesthetic purposes and to prevent corrosion. To increase the strength and durability of the cargo bay, the floor is made of *-millimeter smooth or corrugated steel sheet with powder coating resistant to corrosion.
The chassis structure for carrying goods is welded from high-strength bent steel sheet and is welded automatically with CO2 welding technology from Merkele, Germany. To resist corrosion, a powder coating is applied.
The hardware for the doors (rear and side) is made of stainless steel for beauty and corrosion resistance. To increase the strength and durability of the cargo compartment, the floor is made of smooth or corrugated steel sheet with a thickness of 4 millimeters, which is powder coated to prevent corrosion.
