VETONIT Cement Perlite Plaster is a ready mixed plaster which is light weight and gives thermal insulation, fire resistance and acoustic effect. Ideal for paints, decorative plasters and wall papers. Can also be applied by plastering machines. Features: Coat thickness: For plastering purpose typically 4 - *5 mm. thickness/coat. Colors: The product is available in grey color. Coverage: Typically 1.*0 kg/m2/mm of dry product 6.*0 - 7.*0 liters/*5 kg bag (for hand application) 6.0 - 7.*0 liters/*5 kg bag (for spraying machine application). Water addition: 6 - 7.5 Liters for *5 kg bag. Packing: Available in *5 kg bags. Storage life: *2 months from the date of manufacture. Dry bulk density: 1.3 kg/liter saving of *6.*0 kg/m2 for *0 mm thick. Approximately (about *0% lighter than normal sand/cement plaster). Fire resistance: More than 4 hrs. Thermal insulation: 4 times more resistant to heat transmission than sand, cement plaster.
