 We company AKKO is  the biggest tool holder ( insert indexable tool ) manufacturer in Turkey. We are ISO Certified company founded  in ***6. We produce about ***0 kinds of tool holders and most of them are ready in our stock. We usually have **0.**0pcs. tools in our stock.
We produce about **0.**0pcs. tools per year. Our facility is an integrated facility in which all processes including  heat treatment and coating have been made.
 
Most of our tools have very special specifications.
We used Correctional steel, Cold Work Steel, Hot Work Steel and special steel.
We produce our levels by forging from steel. You will never have broken level problem again. The heads of our Grooving tools are produced by forging from steel, too.
All of our tools have electroless nickel coating and α coating.
Our 3D U-Drills have **0 degree double helix coolant holes. Surface hardness of our u-drills is increased to increase resistance to abrasion. So they are very special, too.
We produce our tools in latest technology *-axis CNC machines and Integrex Machines.
We import small screws that we use on our tools from SFS Intec ( Switzerland ).
Quality Control: Tool Presetter and 3D measurement (CMM).

Toolholders life getting longer five time more through under surface coating by αcoating.
