Picked mushroom will enter the fresh machine within one hour after pre-cooling and its temperature can be quickly dropped to 1„ƒ,the mushroom in cold storage processing conditions can be kept *6days in fresh, thus can guarantee no deterioration after long-distance transport, to achieve the goal of mushroom export of fresh products.
