Because of a concern for human beings, our president Mr. Frank Huang set up APEXCARE in ***9 and then ELITEX in ***2, in Chia Yi County, Taiwan, to produce medical, rehabilitation, long-term care and home care equipment. In ***0, the two companies combined and moved to our current headquarters- located in Tou Chiao industrial area on the 3rd industrial road, In November ***9, we purchased a new factory at the same industrial area on 2nd industrial road. We have also built up 2 additional subsidiary factories nearby, making our total space grow to more than *0,**0 square metres. These increases greatly re-enforced our capacity, not only in production but also our service. After years of tremendous endeavor and struggle, we are now the first place and leading healthcare equipment manufacturer in Asia.
