CE Union / Global Purchasing Solutions is an American-owned and managed sourcing & quality assurance agency for manufacturers, distributors and builder/developers within the Americas and Europe with offices in Hangzhou, China. We do not operate simply as a trading company in a buy-sell arrangement as a middleman but closely with our clients who have been buying through importers or trading companies to assist them in developing their product & marketing programs to take advantage of the efficiencies that factory-direct sourcing can provide.
