Changzhou Huayu Biotechnology Co., Ltd formerly known as Jurong Jinfeng Chemical Plant, located at the west foot of Mao Mountain, was established since ***7, by Mr. Ni Jinzhong, the founder of the first generation, who was adhering to the entrepreneurial spirit of "pioneering and inspiring the poor mountains and forests", had gradually formed a pattern of producing and management which was focusing on "naphthalene series" plant growth regulators within *0 years. The vivid profile of the older generation of "Jintan Chemists" was modest, pragmatic, innovative and conscientious, and had become the epitome of China's economic rise from the ***0s to the late ***0s.

The industrial economy of South Jiangsu was inclined to North Jiangsu at the beginning of the new century. From ***2 to ***4, Lianyungang Huafeng Chemical Co., Ltd had been built at the historic moment, with an investment of more than 5 million CN Yuan, occupied a total area of *0 Chinese Mu, and the building area reached *0 Chinese Mu, owned 3 advanced producing workshops and still mainly engaged in *-Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) & Sodium naphthalene**-acetate, also supplemented by processing high-grade herbicide, the Bispyribac-sodium, with an annual total output of more than **0 tons which equals the amount of about *5 million CN Yuan at that time.

Nowadays, Changzhou Huayu Biotechnology Co., Ltd has set up 2 manufacturing bases in Inner Mongolia, respectively located at Alxa and Ulanchap, totally invested *5 million CN Yuan and has completely built up mature production lines of ***0 tons of Benzotrifluoride series products; ***0 tons of *-Methylbenzyl Cyanide and o-Tolylacetic Acid; **0 tons of *-Isochromanone; **0 tons of *-Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and Sodium Naphthalene**-Acetate, and also more than **0 tons of Indole**-butyric acid (IBA) & Indole**-butyric acid Potassium & Indole**-Acetic Acid (IAA) as an annual capacity.
