Bacom International LLC was incorporated in New Jersey, USA in ***1 to service the mining industry by Michael Femi Adeoti. Mr. Adeoti is a seasoned mining engineer with over *0 years of experience. The company was engaged in the procurements of equipments and material for mining companies mainly in Africa. Bacom was also incorporated in Nigeria and owned several concessions on Iron Ore, Manganese, Baryte, Chrome Ore, Tantalite, Tin and Rutile/Ilmenite, etc. Presently, Bacom is mining iron ore, chrome ore and manganese in Nigeria and exporting to China. In Democratic Republic of Congo, (DRC) Bacom was registered as Bacom Mines to handle copper trading mainly. In ***3, Demco Energy and Mining was registered in the US because of the oil and gas activities. The owners of Bacom decided to also invest in oil and gas in the US. The company is working on oil and gas acquisition projects in the US. In addition to this, Demco trades in rough diamond and precious stones in New York and Europe. Demco is interested in acquiring diamond and gold mines in West Africa to boost our trading activities in the US. Demco is working with Chinese group to set up steel plants in Africa. The first of this is already in progress in Nigeria. In between Bacom and Demco, the work force is **0 most of which is in Africa. The main objective of Demco is to become one of the greatest integrated mining company in Africa thus providing jobs for thousands of Africans. Demco has access to sizable funding to back up our investments in Africa through our bankers and other private investors that have tested us and believe in our ability to perform and deliver. Due to the company€™s trading activities in diamond, the company will as from January ***5 move to New York. In ***5, we registered Deoti Mining Company Ltd and Magmon Mining company Ltd to handle different operations in Nigeria. Early this year, ***6, we commenced exploration and mining of Tantalite and Tin in the South West of Nigeria. We also have deposits of Ilmenite/Rutile in the South West from where we commenced exploration and mining of Titanium oxide.
