The seller must also submit a complete list of mandates and agents for a Fee Pay Agreement. 3. The buyer will then submit for the seller's signature a Formal Purchase Contract with a Formal Fee Pay Agreement. 4. Upon receipt of these signed approved documents the buyer will sign them and return them. 5. The seller then submits to the buyers Bullion Officer their Bullion Officers name and contact info. 6. The Bullion Officers then conclude the transfer of funds and ownership certificates and the deal is finished.
