Greeting from Duramitt Sdn. Bhd. from Malaysia. We are one of the largest glove manufacturers in Asia. We produce more than **0 various types of knitted liners, supported dipped/dotted gloves and bonded gloves. We export to Europe countries, United State of America, Japan, Australia and many other countries. Our products are fully tested and certified under few certification bodies needed for International market.
 
KNITTING
We have 1,**0 Shima Sheiki knitting machines comprising of 7G/*0G/*3G/*5G, producing liners of various types of yarn from cotton to cut resistant. We also cater for the needs of customers who provide their own special yarns for us to knit and dip the liners for them.
 
DIPPING
We have 8 dipping lines and 5 dotting machines to produce Water Based PU (WBPU), NBR, Latex and Polymer gloves.
 
WBPU: We have patented the WBPU gloves which are toxic free. Please refer to attachment €Comparison (WBPU & DMF PU)€ for the special features of our WBPU. (Ex: GlobeFish, Interga, NatureBamboo)
 
Gardening:  Various (1) colors and (2) printed designs for the liners/coated compound/heat transfer stickers (Ex (1): GardenCity, Polymore-for Kids; (2): Posch-WBPU, Orbital-Latex Foam).
 
Winter: Also in various liner patterns. Besides Black Latex Foam, it can be dipped in any type of compounds. (Ex: WinterTouch, Onvif)

Bonding: Bonded gloves are produced using the latest technology of bonding an inner liner (Nylon/Cotton/Acrylic/Cut Resistant etc) to any unsupported shells (Latex/NBR/Neoprene). With this additional inner lining, there is no direct hand contact with the latex protein thus reducing hand allergies. Besides making donning and doffing of the gloves more easier, the inner liner absorbs perspiration thereby keeping the hands drier and comfortable even when wearing the gloves in longer period of time.

Further to the above, normal unsupported NBR shells can be enhanced to a 3 in 1 glove by bonding another 2 liners as follows:
 
Inner Lining - Nylon, Cotton or Acrylic (Good insulation against heat and cold)
Middle Lining €“ NBR Shell (Protection against oils, grease and a wide range of chemicals) or Latex Shell
Outer Lining €“ HDPE (Cut Resistant)

R&D and CUSTOMER PRIVATE LABEL
We are strong in product development and are able to assist our customers to innovate new products. As an OEM manufacturer, we can accommodate to individual customers requirements/choices of the various types/colors of liners and coatings. We can also label the gloves as per customers€™ own brand.
