ISTANBUL ALUMINYUM FOLYO LTD. is a firm established in ***7 and is operating currently in Istanbul Ikitelli Industrial Zone. With our renewed technology, we are trying to serve our customers through high quality and increased portfolio of products in aluminum foil business. Our equipment park includes five-color and two-color foil rotogravure machines, adjustable cutting equipment for various aluminum foil sizes and heat seal lacquering equipment able to operate on all container mediums including glass. Heat seal lacquered aluminum foils and lids are pre-cut to different shape, size and thickness. We manifacture printed and unprinted aluminum foil and strips within ****0 micron range and lids for various container mediums including PS, PP, PE, PVC, ALAL and glass. Precut aluminum lids are designed to be used in food packaging. They can be manufactured as printed/unprinted forms in different size and shape. Rotogravure technique is being used to include the visual brand feature on the lid. Additionally we are also producing induction sealing layer. Sealing layers can be manufactured in different sizes can be heat seal and peelable lacquered to various container mediums including PP, PS, PE, PVC, PET and glass. We are offering complete range of sealing inserts for all plastic and aluminum closures. All bottling and filling industries seal their food, mineral oil products, agrochemical or cosmetics containers with these seals.
