Our factory is involved into the production of pasta since many generations and we currently produce pasta in an ultramodern factory in Caserta - about **0 tons per day - combining the best tradition of Italian pasta making with the finest raw materials and high technology, we still keep the promise made by our founder, €never sacrifice quality for volume.€ The Pallante family is still very much in charge, in fact, the fourth generation of the family is now running the business. Our business had grown rapidly over the last decade due to increased investment into technology with special attention to quality control of the finished product. From its humble beginnings, PAP srl has transformed from a small regional producer to a major player on the international market both with our trade marks, especially the premier one: €REGGIA€ and Private Labels. We are pointing on the potential of our brand, as it brings the name of The Royal Palace at Caserta, one of the greatest monuments in Italian history - it is the symbol our family selected in ***0 for our flagship brand, Pasta Reggia. Pasta Reggia is available in *4 different cuts: long, short and special. It is produced in a variety of sizes: **0gr, **0gr, ***0gr, ***0gr as well as 1 Pound packages for the North American market. In order to sell so many important clients the company is certified ISO ***2 (Vision ***0 already achieved), by BVQI Italia, as well as AIAB for Organic pasta. We are also certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union.
