founded, and is privately owned.
It is located in the Holon industrial zone
and spreads on over ***0 sqm. We operate over *0 machines which
are the most highly advanced in the
world.
Throughout its many years of operation
"Isramat" acquired the skill to combine the most advanced
technology with competent professional human resources, thus
providing our customers with extensive advantages in the field of
automatic machining and CNC.
Our plant is capable of cutting a large
number of tools simultaneously within a short time, as well as
supplying various sizes of production serials, anywhere from a
few hundreds to hundred thousands, ranging from 0.8 to *8 mm in
diameter.
Our plant is equipped with modern advanced
systems which constantly supports the production processes,
quality control, development and procurement, and provide our
customers with technical solutions throughout the designing and
manufacturing phases.
A large variety of factory skills enable
us to process various metals such as: Brass, Stainless
Steel,Bronze,Aluminum,Titanium and engineering plastics like
Accolon,Pvc,Dalarin,Teflon
Etc.
We have several
departments:
*CNC Department including lathes
like:Deco,Star and Citizen.
*Automated Department including Swiss
automatic lathes like:Swiss type-Tornos.
*QC, Manufacturing Inspection
Design,Engeneering and Procurement
Departments.
All our manufacturing processes are fully
ISO*********0 certified and our staff strictly complies with
standard requirements, striving incessantly to improve process
control all for the purpose of achieving a high quality final
product.
Our customers come to us from all industry
sectors:Electronics,consumer
goods,transportation,plastic,para-medical,high-tec,defence
and communication companies.
Approximately *5% of our total production
is directed to Western Europe.
