Our company is a Sino-foreign joint venture specialized in manufacturing meltblown (MB), spunbond-meltblown-spunbond (SMS/SMMS) and spunbond-film-spunbond (SFS) nonwoven fabrics. We use a Kuster GmbH SMS compounded fabric line and a Reifenhauser GmbH meltblown production line, both imported from Germany. Currently, our combined annual output for nonwoven fabrics is *5, **0 tons. Apart from fabrics, we also manufacture numerous other types of non-woven products at our sub-company (Jian Yin Jiwwe Protective Clothes Co., Ltd.). Additionally, in early ***1, we purchased a specialized line to produce nonwoven fabrics with anti-static, anti-blood, anti-alcohol and anti-bacterial properties. Our factory enjoys very convenient transportation, being just **0km from Shanghai port and *7km from Zhangjiagang. The factory is located **0 meters from the Jiangyin Exit from the Yellow River Highway. In early ***1 we received ISO***1 quality system certification. Yet we are still constantly researching new ways of improving and upgrading our QC methods. Now we are working for ***0 Version of ISO***1.
