N-Komsomolsky Refinery LLC is located in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk Territory, and has been part of the vertically integrated structure of Rosneft since its establishment. The construction of the plant began in ***8, and it was put into operation in ***2. and was independent, it was set up by the grand fathers of some of our directors and friends because komsomolsk region in russia is our region (home town) but later the russian govt saw reason to purchase part of it via rosneft refinery because komsomosk region and refinery was doing perfectly well in terms of developing the region of komsomolsk, then russian govt via rosneft bought *0% stakes which you see on rosnefts website and this *0% stakes i for komsomolsk to refinery and give *0% of its product to rosneft to assist rosneft in meeting up with its numerous buyers all over the world (rosneft only sell to govt of other countries and not private buyers) then komsomolsk was given *0% autonomy to sell its refined products to its buyers but because rosneft has *0% of komsomolsk, rosneft dominates komsomolsk in terms of policies and activities because rosneft is state owned.
