Al Oumara Bakery was established in ***4 by the late Mr. Hussein Ibrahim. The business has grown successfully over the last fifity years and this is primarily due to the quality of the products and to the excellent service offered to all our retail and wholesale customers. During the early years, Al Oumara Bakery produced traditional pita (Arabic bread), kaaks and manakish such as Akawi cheese Zaater (thyme) and Veggie pies, for its local customers in Beirut Lebanon. Soon, deliveries were being made to other parts of the country as the demand grew. In the last few years, due to the high demand to different kinds of bread, Al Oumara Bakery started producing on a small scale various kinds of breads such as chapatti, Roti and Tortilla€™s. Al Oumara Bakery holds complete customer satisfaction as its central aim. We ensure this by providing the highest standards of products and services. This philosophy is to be underpinned by establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with our suppliers and customers and caring for our staff to work towards a common goal of mutual profitability, based upon trust and respect.
