Microtron*3D LLC is a Hi-tech product development and design company. We are skilled innovators with a strong perception for design and manufacturing. Our team spearheads the product life cycle from concept to finished prototype. Our in-house capabilities includes prototyping, component assembly, 3D design, software design, additive manufacturing services, branding, and injection molding processes for the development of functional prototypes. We work closely with our clients to develop cutting edge products. We study the concept and business model then we implement strategic functionalities and cutting-edge engineering qualities to develop the fundamental structure of the prototype.

At Microtron*3D, we do this by evaluating the project, then we develop a deep understanding of the idea and the client expectations. We follow a five step process to develop products; Research, Design, Develop, Test, and Deliver. The first step is the research stage where we meet with the client, and explore there vision for the product. Then we investigate the feasibility of the concept. During, the initial consultation we grasp enough feedback to customize our process based on the clients needs. We have a team of experienced professionals that are able to precisely define the product development stages. Our project manager assigns the appropriate project investigator based on there expertise, proposal, and the clients approval. Then we compose the project proposal consisting of the design dialogue, project milestones, estimates, and marketing research. In Addition, we help to develop and formulate a future growth plan for the client to form a business around the product.

We utilize our technical expertise, sustainable manufacturing methods, and offshore collaboration for the development of the product. Our principal investigator and project leader form the project design team catering to the client specific project needs. We have found that individual attention to developing technology decreases development time, increases design quality, functionality, and cuts down on production errors. The project investigator assigns the best designers and engineers specifically tailored to meet the requirements of the project. Each phase of the development and production process of the prototype is formulated. Our teams analyze the concept and phases then provide there unique perspectives and ideas to the team project administrator. Once, a decision has been made by the client and the administrator we proceed to the next phase.

Our designers begin composing the product first rendering. The design stage is the second step towards bringing a face to the idea the client has in mind. We analyze the technology design features and ask ourselves what designs are user friendly and match the purpose of the product. What represents the essence of the concept, can we improve upon the concept, and enhance certain features for form, fit, and function. Does the design capture the uniqueness of the product and support the mechanics of the technology From there we figure the material, size, weight, color, patterns, and much more. Our designers are skilled in six methods from structural design

to mechanical and even software design. The design depends on the technology and in some cases there maybe need to bring in a design specialist. We believe in ergonomics and distinctive lines are what will make a impact when a product arrives to market. Our detail-oriented designers will present the client with differentiated and fine-tuned concepts that can be manufactured. We will make sure that the product's specs and image are respected throughout the in-depth development process. Our team will design the electronic circuits, develop the firmware, programs, mobile applications, specs the packaging and mechanics, etc.

Our team then 3D prints the design to apply the prototype parts and components before creating the final model. In order, to test the hardware before manufacturing processing or for proof of concepts demos. We specialize in multiple methods of 3D printing rapid prototypes including stereolithography rapid prototyping (SLA) we build parts layer-by-layer using a UV laser to solidify liquid photopolymer resins. Fused deposition modeling (FDM) of engineer grade thermoplastics ABS/PLA for functional prototypes, concept models, manufacturing development, and end use products. Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) for laying down consecutive layers of material at minimum heat levels allowing for the adjacent levels to cool and bond together before the next layer is deposited. FFF is related to the FDM method for rapid prototyping in certain cases they can be combined for prototyping.

After, 3D printing we have a general view of prototype and we are ready to integrate the following steps. The development stage is where we integrate the parts and components to form a functional conceptual prototype. Our Engineers begin by developing the BOM list and integrate each component throughout the milestone product life cycle. We develop system architectures, embedded systems, and pcb board designs in collaboration with our offshore partners. Then we apply mechanical product modeling and assembly. Our process includes rigorous and precise design control, quality control, and iterative experimentation. Our team includes a combination of mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, industrial engineers, and manufacturing experts. Our engineers take the design from concept to physical model working close with the marketing and design team to implement changes to the model for significant growth. They experiment with and analyze different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances and other factors in the developmental process. Refining and reviewing each step until the client is pleased with the outcome.

During the third phase we return to our design creation team to work with the firmware designers, developers, and programmers. We also bring in the IT department to assist with program development, test planning, coding standards, mobile applications and frameworks from IOS/Android technology. Our final team are tasked with programming automated systems, and integrating iterative/agile development methodologies. For software applications: they gather and analysis data. There are six key elements to software design our team follows including requirement gathering analysis, design, implementation or coding, testing, deployment and maintenance of the system. Our IT team gathers information from the managers, stakeholders, and users to determine the project requirements. After conducting the necessary research, our team gathers the information and analyzes the validity and possibility into incorporating the

requirements into the system. Our IT teams develop a requirement specification document to serve as a guideline for the phases of the model once the data is collected. System design is the next stage to specify hardware and system requirements. The system design specifications are inputted into the next phase of the software. Implementation/coding: the work divides into modules/units, and the IT department begins coding the software. The coding aspect is a time- consuming and complex task for our developers; time is essential to developing the software to the project managers precise instructions.

The final phase in the development process is alpha/beta testing. After our software engineers, programmers, mechanical engineers, and designers have developed the system, it's tested against the requirements. To make sure the product is solving the needs addressed during the first initial conference with the client. Our project manager develops a panel of industry experts to test the functionality, design perception, material strength properties, software bugs or coding errors. The products are tested using a standardized system so that each part is tested in exactly the same way. Our project manager is tasked with implementing the testing equipment or creating a new design and then operating product testing systems customized to the product, goals, and needs of the client. A systems approach is essential so that every product is tested in precisely the same way. Normative data can then be accumulated to aid in the interpretation of subsequent product tests. After the product is tested in-house for functionality, form, fit, and mechanical design. We develop the mould with our partners and then we conduct market testing by allowing users to interact with the technology, share there feedback, surveys, package invitations, and benchmark case studies.
