Established in the year ***3,
Morvel started its journey as an
Injectable Pharmaceutical Unitnamed Morvel
Laboratories. The commercial production commenced in ***6
at Mehsana GIDC, Gujarat.
In ***3, along with the successful journey in
the Pharmaceutical injection based products, the Morvel
Formulations was developed for the manufacturing of
Vitamin Premix which is used for fortification
of milk powder.
In ***6, packaging plant , named
Morvel Poly Films (P) Ltd.was developed with the
production and printing of Multilayer Film for liquid food
packaging.
In January ***2, Morvel Poly Films started
Printing of Vegetable Parchment Paper for fatty
food like butter and margarine packaging.
OUR PRODUCTS:
(1)PRINTED
VEGETABLE PARCHMENT PAPER
Butter is probably the most well-known of all
the dairy products and it makes the most stringent demands on any
material used for its packaging. Dairy products require high
grease resistance, wet strength and purity and also some barrier
to ultra violet light. Vegetable Parchment Paper (VPP) has been
used for bulk and retail butter packaging for over many years.
Margarine has properties similar to those of butter and therefore
VPP is ideally suitable for its packaging. VPP is also known as
butter paper as it is mostly used for butter
packaging.
We have developed the food grade printing
methodology for branding the name of the butter/margarine
manufacturer on the VPP using food grade
inks.
We can supply the printed as well as plain VPP
in both Roll (reel) and Sheet (ream) form as per clients
requirements.
(2) PRINTED GREASE PROOF
PAPER
Greaseproof
paper is paper that
is impermeable to oil or grease and
is normally used in cooking or food packaging. Normally
greaseproof paper is produced by refining the paper stock and
thus creates a sheet with very low porosity. This sheet
is super-calendared to
further improve the density, creating a paper
called glassine.
The glassine is treated withstarches, alginates or CMC in
a size
press to
fill pores or treat the paper chemically to make it fat
repellent. The Grease proof paper is **0% safe for the direct
contact with the food and it approved for food packaging. Printed
Grease Proof Paper can be used for packing food products like
sandwiches, burgers, breads, wraps etc.
We can supply the printed as well as plain
Grease Proof Paper in both Roll (reel) and Sheet (ream) form as
per client€™s requirements.
(3) BAKERY PARCHMENT
PAPER
Bakery Parchment Paper is silicon coated
parchment paper which has excellent non-stick properties which
eliminates the need of greasing the pan sheet before baking the
food product. Bakery Parchment Paper can be used in the over the
temperatures around **0 °C to **5 °C. It also helps in
maintaining the bakery hygiene and cleanliness as no carbon is
formed while baking.
Bakery paper can be used in most applications
that call for wax
paper as
a non-stick surface. The reverse is not true, as using wax paper
will cause smoke in the oven and affect taste. We can supply
plain bakery parchment paper in the roll form as well as sheet
form.
(4) VITAMINS PREMIX FOR FOOD
FORTIFICATION
Vitamins Premix is manufactured by the MORVEL
FORMULATIONS. Vitamins Premix is the combination of various
vitamins and minerals which is used for the fortification of food
items like milk powder. We are at present the leading supplier of
vitamins premix to AMUL.
