MPANDE Limestone Ltd.
is the main company invested by Sinoma Cement in Zambia to build
€China National Building Material Zambia Industrial Park€.
The company is registered in Zambia in June, ***8, and received
the Large Mining License issued by the Ministry of Mining in
August, ***4. In July, ***4, the company completed the EIA
(Environment Impact Assessment) and received approval from the
Zambia Environment Management Agency (ZEMA), and acquired the
land title deed on April 8th, ***6. On May *6th, ***6, the
company signed the Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement
(IPPA) with Zambia Development Agency (ZDA) to determine
preferential policies for the project including taxes.
China National Building Material Zambia Industrial Park is
located *9 kilometers southeast of the capital Lusaka, with a
mining area of **7.*9 square kilometers and *5 years of mining
rights. The first phase of the industrial park plans to invest
more than **0 million US dollars, including: an annual output of
1 million tons of cement (clinker) production line, *0 million
pieces of sintered brick production line, **0,**0 cubic meters of
concrete production line, **0,**0 tons of aggregate production
line (including **0,**0 tons of mechanism sand). The second phase
plans to invest a 3 million square meters of calcium silicate
board production line, cement products and other high-tech
building materials products, building materials international
trading center. The cumulative planned investment is **0 million

indirectly from ***0 to ***0. The first phase of the project has
been completed and put into production on July *6,
