Our highly experienced, centralised team of asset management specialists manages OCS Minerals and client owned assets from procurement through to life extension programs and disposal. we have pioneered a suite of systems and processes which accurately assess current asset conditions, develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, and monitor ongoing performance.

We maintain close working relationships with major equipment suppliers and hire companies to provide additional equipment to meet critical, short term increases in production levels and provide access to vital supplies.
