Blanched Hazelnut Kernels Blanched hazelnut kernels are produced by blanching the kernels through removing their skins and separating them from the partially blanched kernels. Usage Area: Chocolate industry and manufacturing of salty hazelnuts. Roasted Hazelnut Kernels Roasted Hazelnut kernels are produced by roasting the hazelnut kernels. According to the buyer's request, hazelnut kernels can be roasted in low, medium and high levels and the skin of the kernels can be removed partially or totally.
