PADGILWAR group in it's long journey was started from sowing a small agriculture equipments workshop in farm at Tal-Digras, Dist. Yeotmal, Maharshtra, before ***0 by Late Shri. Balasaheb D. Padgilwar a farmer by profession. Late Shri. Balasaheb D. Padgilwar first fabricated Sowing equipment called as CHINCHOLI PERNI YANTRA then came KADBA ***** son ***** Padgilwar sucessfully manufactured and introduced THRESHERS under Sherpa brand for first time in India, then came the SPRAYERS manual and power operated and so ***** now this unit is one of the major suppliers of various state Govt. for ISI marked products. The group with continuous research and innovations to make farming Hi-tech keeping in mind the economical condition of Indian Farmers has now ripen to a Hi-tech manufacturing unit with a vision to find solutions for Indian farmers facing problems of labour shortage and high wages of farm labour. In this line of action the group has now successfully introduced a MINI COTTON HARVESTER/PICKER, and MINI CROP CUTTER with modified attachment suitable for Indian Crop, with the use of these equipments Farming is now more lucrative, profitable and easier to a Indian farmer . The firm is run by technocrats, Managing Partner Mr. Chandrashekhar B. Padgilwar a Mech. Engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology and Mr. Tushar C. Padgilwar a Production Engg. The technical background and practical knowledge has awarded Mr. C. B. Padgilwar with his nomination on various Central Govt. institutes such as CIAE-Bhopal, BIS-AFDC**3 & FAD**1 Committee, achieved Rashtriya Udyog Pratibha Puraskar and was honored as a member on a Technical Education and Employment in State Apprenticeship Council, recently he has been appointed as a Director on National Horticulture Board, Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India. and under his able guidance Mr. Tushar C. Padgilwar is looking after the innovations in Agriculture and future aspects of this group.
