Founded in ***1, RLED, LLC holds exclusive exploitation and trademark rights (for production, distribution, trademark and flavor usage) to the proven successful Roaring Lion energy drink brand, which is currently an energy drink market leader in US on-premise fountain sales (sales of energy drinks in bars, nightclubs and discotheques). RLED, LLC is a profitable California company and owns the "Roaring Lion" brand.  Initially, RLED LLC decided to focus exclusively to develop their US on-premise fountain business (with syrups in "bag-in-the-box" post-mix-packaging). In ***5, RLED, LLC further expanded its reach in the on-premise market with the addition of a second SKU, the **0 ML RTD (Ready-To-Drink) bottle. In ***7 RLED added a **5 ML can and in ***8 a sugar free **0 ML bottle. RLED, LLC now aims to develop Roaring Lion's business off-premise (in retail stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, gas stations, ***1 stores, etc.) while furthering it's on premise and limited international business.
