Rare and Flair started up shop in April ***8 from Paddy's Market in the heart of the city. Along the way we have enjoyed many different ventures and have now found our niche. We cater for students or anyone on a low budget that's looking for a part of history that wont cost the earth. We move with the times following current trends and fashions always giving you value for money. If Mohammed will not go to the mountain, the mountain must come to Mohammed, hence why you will find us at several different fairs each month. This is our very first website which is very exciting.
