Fifteen years ago I began baking rumcakes from an old family recipe. Six years ago I opened my business and now ship rumcakes all across the USA. What a delicious treat! For manyyears I would bring rumcakes to holiday meals, parties or simply enjoy one at home. Several years ago I began experimenting with different flavors. Did you know rumcakes will last six months in the freezer Simply thaw and serve. Unexpected guests Pull a rumcake out of the freezer and heat at 'power level 2' until warm. The muffins and mini-muffins are great right out of the freezer. Serve rumcakes with coffee/tea, at brunch, with a light lunch or as dessert.
