QUALITY AND PROCESS As we have the huge material list so we have the huge team to generate the best quality material to satisfy our importers and customers.   vASSORTMENT Sehr Al Nojoom, assort the material intelligently with their expert team. We search the quality material and gather at one place to find out the best in them. Moreover, after selecting the quality material within we start the process. vPROCEDURE After assorting the best material we start process to prepare the material. REGRIND: We have the huge grinder with the quality blades to regrind properly the even if the material is thicker or harder our big grinder machines regrind the material easily and generate the quality grind and flakes forms.
As we know our customers have different requirements for materials with the different sizes of different materials so we always keep the sizes as per our customer€™s demand.
Moreover, we grind from 8mm to *6mm as per customer€™s demands.
As we have giants three crashers so we can produce crash *5 metric ton per day. COLD WASH: After getting the different sizes of different materials as per the requirements of customers we start the cold wash process as per our customer€™s requirements.
We always use clean water and different detergents and chemicals as per customer€™s requirements and get clear and clean flakes or grind form of the material.
Moreover, after getting quality flakes and grind form of cold wash we make sure about the moisture of the material we make it dry and get best quality cold wash dry flakes. HOT WASH: After getting quality cold wash regrind form we start the process of hot wash.
As per customer€™s requirement we start hot wash process on different temperature.
  GRANULES: As per our customer€™s requirements we make granules.
Moreover, our production plant can produce *0 to *2 metric ton per day granules of all above mentioned materials.
Above is the whole process that we get the quality material according to the customer demands and requirements. Moreover, we change the temperature as per demand and change the cutting blades if customer needs a specific size. PACKAGING: Once the material ready we keep them in a safe and secure environment and start the process of packaging. We pick the solidest Jumbo bags of **0kg and fill them nicely and safely.
After that we load the containers to export different materials to different countries as per customers€™ demands.
