Our company takes the lead in china and successfully developed the thermal cracking technology and equipment of waste tires under atmospheric pressure. It is also the first one applying for and finally obtaining patent for cracking equipment of waste tires under atmospheric pressure in China. Meanwhile, Wanda Company has successfully applied this technology in industrial production, realizing reasonable transformation from the lab to production. Headquarters of Wanda Company is located in the beautiful city of Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province, including 1 rubber research institute, 2 thermal cracking labs, 2 bases for pilot-scale experiment, 2equipment factories and *5 cooperative enterprises of equipment coordination. There are a number of experts in rubber cracking, petrochemical industry and design of chemical processing equipment etc. The automatic involute cracking equipment of waste tires independently developed by our company has been successfully installed and put into production in mainland China, Australia, Bulgaria, Thailand etc. Cylinder type of crushing and separating equipments of large size and automatic involute cracking equipment of waste tires are adopted in this project, which can eliminate security problems existing in like equipments both at home and abroad, greatly improve the treatment efficiency of waste tires and recovery rate of fuel oil.
