Shanghai BG Group manufacture a wide variety of filter fabrics and filter bags for use in different types of collectors. Whether it is a shake, reverse air or pulse jet, we can select the right bag suit to it. Material available: polyester, pp, Acrylic, Nomex/Aramid, Fiberlglass, P*4 and FMS, as well as other functional fabric to meet local and oversea customer's requirement. Our bags are sewed under tension with a *-needle chain stitch to insure seam integrity. Top constructions consist of snap band, flange top, ring top, soft cuffs or raw edge. Bottom removal bags are constructed with a raw top or soft cuff. Top and bottom removal bag bottoms have disc bottoms that are sewn using either an overclock (surge) stitch or lock stitch. We also provide a wear strip or custom skirts to the bottom portion of the bag to prevent premature wear from bag-to-bag and bag-to-cage abrasion. Besides the popular OEM filters bags, Shanghai BG is capable of various customized filter bags enclosing envelope style bags for your dust collector. We can engineer and recommend customized materials from our textile mill that will improve your bag house performance and improve problem application.
