Beijing-Shanghai Express Way, enjoying the convenient
traffic and occupying an advantageous location.
Tianjin Hengji Steel Co., Ltd. covers a land area of
approx. *0,**0sqm. Our company now owns *6 production
lines, 8 longitudinal shearing machines and 1 cold
rolling mill. The annual output is **0,**0 tons.
Implementing ISO********0 Quality Management System in
the all-round way, the company actively develops
diversified operations, forming a production system with
ERW welded pipes and galvanized pipes as flagship
products and covering pipes, profiles, and sheet. The
company uses Q**5 steel strip supplied from large steel
mills in Baotou, Tangshan and Tianjin for the production
of all the ERW pipes; the quality of raw materials
guarantees that the quality of the products is always
among the best in the industry.
The products of Hengji Steel include ERW pipes,
galvanized steel pipes, seamless pipes, petroleum casing
tubes, spiral welded pipes, square hollow section, angle
steel bar, I-beams bar, H-beams bar, channel steel bar,
deformed steel, and cold/hot rolled steel in coils/sheet.
The application of our products covers oil, natural gas,
shipbuilding, chemical industries, environmental
protection, boiler making, water conservancy, power,
steel structural products, building, etc. The company
implements international and domestic standards including
API SPEC 5CT, API SPEC5L, ASTMA*3, CB/T***1.1,
GB/T***1.2, GB/T****3, SY/T***8 for its products which
will satisfy the needs of clients having different
standard requirements.
Hengji Steel controls a number of enterprises including
Tianjin Zhengji Steel Co., Ltd. Tianjin Sanyou Huagang
Metal Materials Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Xinlei Industrial
Trade Co., Ltd., with scope of products covering pipes,
profiles and sheets. Adopting ISO********0 International
Quality Management System as the standard, the company
actively develops diversified operations and maintains
