All parts are processed by Heat Treatment, we use crystal direction detector to examine if the quenching process is above the standard; After machining parts completed, we use *-dimentional measuring machines to take further inspection, to ensure detail accuracy of the parts. We managed to conduct experiment and serial number tagging for every pump we made, so we can trace back to every production & assembly technician who made the parts, to solve any issues that we may have.
