In the same year, based on the principle of clear property rights and divestiture of assets, the Group Company and the holding company were set up separately. In January ***9, Xi'an Tourism Service Group officially changed its name to Xi'an HUIQUN Group Company. Linkages as assets, the Company constituted by wholly-owned, holding, share and cooperation enterprises. The Group mainly engaged in hotels, commercial wholesale and retail, tourism and other businesses, involved with finance and other industries, to formed a diversified business model which is the main subject of trade circulation and tourism service.
