The company is compromised in offering a new concept in ceramic tile, using the same process of industrial floors and glazed ceramic tiles, ensuring a high level of quality.
With advanced technology, the production begins with the loading of microgranulated clay and drought on hydraulic presses of high compression and after pressing, the tiles follow for automatic dryer to homogenisation of the moisture content.
Without any manual contact, the tiles are then glazed and proceed to the continuous furnace at a temperature above 1.**0ºC where then is the merger between the clay and the glaze, through the single firing process.
Thus the tiles YONAKA acquire the characteristics that add beauty with the quality: low water absorption, low weight, high water resistance, perfect fit, resistance to cracking, thermal and salinity variation.
