We, ASTER ENTERPRISE as duly authorized Seller's AGENT, with full authority and under the penalty of perjury, hereby confirm that all further specific details, terms and conditions concerning such offer will be disclosed and discussed after issuance of ICPO, which we, under the penalty of perjury, hereby confirm that shall only be directly delivered to ultimate seller. Therefore, and in case you intend and have the capacity of acting as ultimate Buyer of such commodities, we hereby kindly request you the issuance of an official "Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order" (ICPO) concerning the intended commodity, specifying as well the terms that support your intention (at least the terms already confirmed and indicated above, mentioning also, at your desire any other conditions you find relevant. General Procedures and Terms 1. Buyer issues ICPO with full banking and BCL 2. Seller issues Contract to Buyer. 3. Within *-international banking days from receipt of this Agreement by the Buyer, the Buyer signs, seals and stamps the Agreement, and return it to Seller for his signature, sealing and stamping. 4. Within *-international banking days from receipt of the Agreement from Buyer, duly signed, sealed and stamped by the Buyer, the Seller will sign, seal and stamp the Agreement and issue to the Buyer the AFFIDAVIT as per Article *3A of the Sales and Purchase Agreement. 5. Within *-international banking days of signing and exchanging this Agreement and from receipt of the AFFIDAVIT from Seller to Buyer, the Buyer's Bank will issue in favour of the Seller the required financial instrument and to the value of United States Dollars as per Article *3 of the Sales and Purchase Agreement. The required financial instrument is issued, confirmed and guaranteed by a top world prime bank acceptable to Seller, in accordance with Article *3 of the Sales and Purchase Agreement.
