following process
Membrane separation
and desalination/Membrane separation includes two
processes:
(1. The brackish water system can be used for the area where
underground water in high salty and near sea. (Brackish feed
water TDS between ***0ppm and ****0ppm)
2. Our RO water system adopt the USA DOW membrane and China high quality membrane housing , SUS**6L pressure pump, SUS**6 pipe and with suitable pretreatment. Our RO machine can remove more than *7% inorganic salt, heavy metal ion, organic matter, harmful bacteria etc. It can make the brackish water to be drinkable water which suitable for human consumption.

Function of
pretreatment filters
Pre-treatment filters always contain quartz
sand filter, activated carbon filter, water
softener and security filter. Main purpose is
to remove sludge, rust, colloid, suspended
solids, color, odor, biochemical organic
impurity in raw water. And pre-filters can also
reduce water residual chlorine and pesticide
and other harmful pollutions. If raw water in
high hardness, we will need to add water
softener to protect reverse osmosis
membrane.
Component:
There are several kinds of consumables you need
to replace regularly.
a. Quartz sand: replaced about every *5 months.
